If you want private one-to-one coaching and the accountability and connection that comes with a workout partner, than this is for you. Buy a pricing plan (8, 16 or 20 virtual sessions) and then book your sessions. For first time clients, your initial session will be a new client assessments, review of your pre-exercise readiness questionnaire (complete online), and you'll share with me your goals as well as what equipment you have available. Individual sessions are scheduled by the client via the App or Website (subject to trainer's availability). Sessions will include strength, flexibility, mobility, core and stability elements customized for each client.
