This 2/week workout block includes the following: - Static and dynamic posture assessments - Personalized recommendations for stretching and foam rolling - Custom workouts, specific for your level of fitness and goals. - Tools to track your progress - 2 weeks of working out together to teach you the moves, make modifications, and ensure safety (6 workouts); - 2 or 3 additional weeks of workouts that you do on your own with a weekly check-in; - Each week the workouts progress. You’ll be doing the same moves but challenging your body differently as we change tempo, reps, sets and other variables.
