Now is the Time is a 4 week virtual fitness program for women over 40 who want to be strong, have more energy, release stress, slow down the affect of aging and become more confident in their body's capability. Each week includes 2 group fitness classes including strength, power, mobility, stability and/or metabolic (cardio). We'll also have a weekly coffee chat where you can catch a guest speaker, get help on a particular move or just ask questions. You will need light and heavy dumbbells or kettlebells and a mat for this class. We will make modifications for everyone's ability. This program is about capability not competition, connection not comparison and movement not measurement. We focus on what we can do, not what we can't. Participants who enroll in program will have access to a members only group hosted on this website. There you will get bonus materials, have an opportunity to join free workouts, early registration into future sessions, connect with other participants and get the workouts we do in writing, free for you to repeat whenever you need.
